To any ordained or Licensed Minister of the Gospel Judge of the circuit or
county courts of Justice of the piece for said county. Greeting you are hereby
authorised to celebrate the rites of matrimony between James Jones and Ellen F
Hicks and this shall be your sufficient authority for so doing. Given under my
hand and Seal this 6th day of July AD 1850 and of America and freedom the Seventh
fifth year. ?Rird Fitzpatrick Judge of Probate Pike County
